Let's get your shop set up

Fill in the details below and we'll be in touch within 2 working days. We do the tech setup; you share the link with parents.

About your organisation
The official name of your organisation (e.g. "Yorkshire General Gymnastics Association").
A short tag we'll use for your Netlify site name and (optionally) for a virtuallyearthed.com subdomain. Lowercase letters and dashes only (e.g. "ygga").
We'll use this to confirm everything during set-up.
Comma-separated list of email addresses that should be able to sign in to your shop's admin area (where orders and refunds happen). You can change this later.
Branding
The name parents see at the top of your shop and in confirmation emails (e.g. "Yorkshire General Gymnastics").
Headings, buttons, links — your main brand colour. Use the picker or paste a hex code.
Used for highlights and the hero accent line. Should contrast with the primary.
PNG, SVG, or AVIF. Square or portrait works best. Max 2 MB.
A photo from one of your competitions, displayed behind the hero text. PNG, JPG, or AVIF. Landscape orientation. Max 5 MB.
The paragraph parents see above the order form. Leave blank to use a sensible default.
Where should your shop live?
e.g. shop.ygga.org.uk. Just the domain — no https://.
About your events
When do you need the shop live by? Helps us prioritise.
Shown to parents in their confirmation email — typically how/when they get their shirt. e.g. "Collect from the registration desk on competition day".
Terms & privacy
By signing up you confirm you've read our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. In short:
  • You design, produce, and deliver the shirts — Podium is the software only.
  • You are the merchant of record. Parents' contract for the goods is with you.
  • Card payments are processed by Stripe; the shirt portion routes to your Stripe balance, and we retain a £1 service charge per order.
  • You handle refund decisions via the admin area; the service charge is non-refundable by default.
  • You comply with UK consumer law on your sales (e.g. the 14-day statutory cancellation right).
